The Texas A&M Project Management Certificate program includes completion of the following four classes and a capstone assignment within one year.

To gain the most from this certificate program, complete the courses in the order listed above. Certificates are documented in employee records through SSO and TrainTraq3.

Project Management Applied

The project management office also provides courses that apply project management best practices to specific technical fields. The first course in this series covers the System Development Life Cycle. Further courses will be developed as demand arises.

Additional Training Opportunities

Training is also available on the PowerSteering project and portfolio management tool. As time permits, the PMO can tailor a training specifically to the needs of your organization. If you are interested in project management training for a group, and do not see a course that meets your needs, please email pmo@tamu.edu to discuss the possibilities.
